( {2}^{3x - 1} + 10 ) \div 7 = 6 \\  {2}^{3x - 1} + 10 = 42 \\   {2}^{3x - 1}  = 42 - 10 \\  {2}^{3x - 1}  = 32 \\ {2}^{3x - 1}  = {2}^{5}  \\ 3x - 1 = 5 \\ 3x = 6 \\ x = 2
