Answer:

a^p = b^q = c^r = abc

So,

a^p * b^q * c^r = (abc)*(abc)*(abc)

= a^3 b^3 c^3

On comparing the exponents of each of the bases on both sides, it's uniquely Det that p=q=r = 3

or,

pqr = 27

What remains is to find out which expression in the given option also equals to 27 on putting p=q=r = 3

So,

option (B)

pq + qr + pr = (3)(3)+(3)(3)+(3)(3) = 3*9 = 27

Hence the correct answer will be option (B).

hope this helps you!
