:(4x+2/x+3)=5+(3x+3/x+2)

:4x^2+8x+2x+4=8x^2+13x+24x+39
:4x^2+27x+35=0

x=[(-27(+-)root over (27^2-(4×4×35)]/(2×4)
:-{27 (+-)13}/8
=(-27+13)/8, (-27-13)/8
