( i ) 2 and 3 , let us write these numbers as

2 ÷ 1 and 3 ÷ 1

Lets multiply with 10 on both the denominator and the neumerator

we get,

20 ÷ 10 and 30 ÷ 10

Now we can find the rational numbers

21 ÷ 10 , 22 ÷ 10 , 23 ÷ 10

Same procedure for the ( ii )

( iii ) 1 ÷ 2 and 1 ÷ 4

let's make the bases equal by taking the LCM

we get,

2 ÷ 4 and 1 ÷ 4

Now, multiply 10 on denominator and neumerator

20 ÷ 40 and 10 ÷ 40

rational numbers between are 11 ÷ 40 , 12 ÷ 40 , 13 ÷ 40

( iii ) Same procedure as the above one , the bases are equal and just multiply by 10 and write the rational numbers between them.
