hey there....

here is ur answer...

first lets make the bases equal....

16 can be written as

 {4}^{2}

64 can be written as

 {4}^{3}
so the whole equation will be

 ({ {4}^{2} })^{2x +3 } = {( {4}^{3} )}^{x + 3}

we will have to multiply

2 and 2x+3 , 3 and x+3

it will be

4x+6 and 3x+9

if we do this we get...

 {4}^{4x + 6} = {4}^{3x + 9}

so basically

4x+6=3x+9

x = 3

they are asking to find...

 {4}^{2x - 2}

x is 3

so just substitute this...

we get...

 {4}^{4}

so the answer is 256.
