Answer:

at first 10 ohm and another 10 ohm are in parallel combination so 1/10+1/10=1/5 which is equal to 5 ohm. and then now 5 ohm and another two 5 ohms are in series combination so 5+5+5 ohm = 15 ohm which is the answer
