✴️ image distance , v = 25cm

✴️ object distance , u = ?

✴️ according to the mirror formula ,

✴️ 1/v + 1/u = 1/f

✴️ 1/25 + 1/u = 1/-30

✴️ 1/u = -1/25 -1/30

✴️ 1/u = -3-2/60

✴️ 1/u = -5/60

✴️ u = 12cm

the object is placed at a distance of 12 cm from mirror
