splliting middle term of both polynomials
(x^2-5x)-(2x+10)/(x^2-5x)+(2x-10)
x(x-5)-2(x-5)/x(x-5)+2(x-5)
taking common
(x-5)(x-2)/(x-5)(x+2)
so x-5 will be cut out
(x-2)(x+2)
