x - 2y =  - 5                                      11x + 11y = 176

                                                      x + y = 176/11 = 16

                                                      x + y = 16

 

x + y - (x- 2y) = 16 - (-5)

3y = 21

y = 7

x = 18 - 7 = 9

Number is 97
