It's simple dude..
Step by step:
As u know sin30=½
But here, it's-½
So...sin must be -ve here.
As we know sin is -ve in 3rd and 4th quadrant.
So hint-1: The angle is in 3rd or 4th quadrant (ie btw 180 and 360)
So...sin (180+30)=-½
So theta =210
Also the angle is in 3rd quadrant
