I think that,

first person gets 17 chocolates

second person gets 15 chocolates

third person gets 4 chocolates

for 1st person,1/2 of total I.e., 1/2*35=17 which results "1".

for 2nd person,1/3 of total I.e., 1/3*35=11 which results "2"

for 3rd person,1/9 of total I.e., 1/9*35=3 which results "8".

so here 11 chocolates are left.

if we add 1st person result to 3rd person,36/9=4

then 1 is subtracted by 1st person we get 34/2=17

for second person, results of 2nd person+3rd person 45/3=15.
