 \frac{25 \times  {2x}^{ - 4} }{ {5}^{ - 2}  \times 10 {x}^{ - 6} }

We know that when a power of anything when brought from numerator to denominator or vice-versa changes its sign

so,

 \frac{25 \times  {5}^{2}  \times  {x}^{6} }{2 {x}^{4}  \times 10}

 \frac{25 \times 25 \times  {x}^{6} }{20 \times  {x}^{4} }

x⁴ and x⁶ makes x² in numerator

so it becomes 125x²

therefore, LHS=RHS

hence proved.
