It can be divided into a parallelogram and a triangle.
Use heron's formula to take area of Triangle:
s = 8 + 10 + 10 \div 2
s = 14
Heron's Formula:
area =  \sqrt{s (s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}
Putting respective values in the formula:
 \sqrt{14 ( 14 - 8)(14 - 10)(14 - 10)}
 \sqrt{14 \times 6 \times 4 \times 4}
Answer comes out to be:

2 \times 2 \times 2 \sqrt{2 \times 3}

8 \sqrt{6}

a=area
Using √3/2a to find altitude:
 \sqrt{3}  \div 2 \times 8 \sqrt{6}

 \sqrt{3}  \times 4 \sqrt{6}
4 \sqrt{3 \times 3  \times 2}
4 \times 3 \sqrt{2}
12 \sqrt{2}
area \: of \: parallelogram = base \times height
12 \times 12 \sqrt{2}
144 \sqrt{2}
Total Area:
area of //gm + area of triangle
144 \sqrt{2}  + 8 \sqrt{6}
152  \sqrt{2 \times 2 \times 2}
152 \times 2 \sqrt{2}
304 \sqrt{2}
There you go.
Mark me as brainliest if you understand.
