(3-√5)/(3+2√5)×(3-2√5)/(3-2√5)=-19/11+a√5
(9-6√5-3√5+10)/(9-20)=-19/11+a√5
(19-9√5)/(-11)=-19/11+a√5
(-19+9√5)/11=-19/11+a√5
-19/11+9√5/11=-19/11+a√5
on comparing on both sides we get,
a=9/11
