in this figure we have a equal angle i.e.90degree and

one arm is equal i.e.QP=SR

we need one more equal arm for RHS congruence

Therefore we need PQ=TS (this is the additonal criteria required for RHS congruence)

At last we can conclude that triangleRQP is congruent to triangleRST

                               [ RQP=RST ] by RHS congruence
