By converse midpoint theorem
Bc is half of pq and c is midpoint of aq
BC=AD (opp of ||gm)
=5cm
Pq is equal to 2BC
=2*5 which is 10cm
And C is also midpoint of Aq
So, perimeter of BPQC is 33cm
