Note the question here , the suitable identity to be used is as follows :

(a + b)(a - b) =  {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}

( \frac{7}{5} yz \:  +  \frac{2}{3}xy {}^{2} )( \frac{7}{5}yz -  \frac{2}{3}xy {}^{2})

Now , use the above stated identity :

( \frac{7}{5}yz) {}^{2} - ( \frac{2}{3}xy {}^{2}) {}^{2}

\frac{49}{25} {y}^{2} {z}^{2} -  \frac{4}{9} {x}^{2}y {}^{4}

\frac{441 {y}^{2} {z}^{2}  - 100 {x}^{2} {y}^{4}  }{225}

After that , take y² common from antecedent

we get ,

 \frac{y {}^{2}(441 {z}^{ {}^{2}}  - 100x {}^{2} )}{225}

Here , we end up.

Hope it works !!
