=> 8(1.2x + 3) = 9(3.2x + 6)
=> 9.6x + 24 = 28.8x + 54
=> 9.6x - 28.8x = 54 - 24
=> -19.2x = 30
=> x = -30/19.2
=> x = -1.5625
