Please solve this . In the figure its angle AED=angleABC. it's printing mistake​

Given:

∆AED is congruent to ∆ABC

(edit: theres no way the figures are congruent... but they are similiar...)

just grasp the picture;

angle E=angle B

Anyways;

The Triangles are similiar.(from fig. and description)

so by similiarity criterion...

Ratio of corresponding sides of two similiar triangles are equal..

ie., AE/ AB =AD/AC

So AC =(AD×AB)/AE

AC=3×(8) /4

AC=3×2=6cm
