Subject : complaint regarding misbehavior of parking attendant

Though this letter I .........( Name ) a resident of ..........( Place ) wish to express my anguish at the misbehavior shown by the parking attendant in your mall .

Yesterday , I went to your mall with my family for the first time as I had heard a lot of praise about it .but my this journey bought a big disappointment . When I went there , I met Mr.Sarabjeet the parking attendant .his behavior towards me was simply cold and very rude . It was literally intolerable . I didn't know the way so I requested him to guide me but he didn't show the way properly .on the top of that he didn't allow me to park the car inside .

I was greatly disappointed at his behavior . Due to this my family decided to never visit it again. But I felt it to be my utmost responsibility to inform you of the issue . There needs to be a strict action taken against him. Either you should strictly warm him or dismiss him .
