2 {}^{x}  = 3 {}^{ - x}  \\  =  > 2 {}^{x}  =  \frac{1}{ {3}^{x} }  \\  =  > 2 {}^{x}  \times  {3}^{x}  = 1 \\  =  >  {6}^{x}  = 1 \\  =  > 6 {}^{0}  = 1

So the value of x is 0

2^x=3^(-x)

when x=0

2^0=3^0

1=1

so,x=0
