Given :

  • ∠PQR = 110°
  • ∠RST = 130°

To Find :

  • ∠QRS

Solution :

Draw a line XRY // PQ and ST ..

\longmapsto\tt{\angle{PQR}+\angle{QRX}=180\degree}

\longmapsto\tt{110\degree+\angle{QRX}=180\degree}

\longmapsto\tt{\angle{QRX}=180\degree-110\degree}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{\angle{QRX}=70\degree}

Now ,

\longmapsto\tt{\angle{TSR}+\angle{SRY}=180\degree\:(Co-interior\:Angles)}

\longmapsto\tt{130\degree+\angle{SRY}=180\degree}

\longmapsto\tt{\angle{SRY}=180\degree-130\degree}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{\angle{SRY}=50\degree}

Also ,

\longmapsto\tt{\angle{QRX}+\angle{QRS}+\angle{SRY}=180\degree(Angles\:on\:one\:line)}

\longmapsto\tt{70\degree+\angle{QRS}+50\degree=180\degree}

\longmapsto\tt{\angle{QRS}=180\degree-70\degree-50\degree}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{\angle{QRS}=60\degree}
