(3 \sqrt{5}  - 2 \sqrt{2} )(4 \sqrt{5}  + 3 \sqrt{2} ) \\  = 12 \times 5 + 9 \sqrt{5}  \sqrt{2}  - 8 \sqrt{2}  \sqrt{5}  - 6 \times 2 \\  = 60 + 9 \sqrt{10}  - 8 \sqrt{10}  - 12 \\  = 48 +  \sqrt{10}
