x - 1/x = 1/2 then find the value of ( 4x^2 + 4/ x^2)

first we have to find the value of x

therefore by cross multiply

we get ,

x-1/x = 1/2

x= 2(x-1)

x= 2x -2

x-2x= 2

x= 2

so , now we got the value of x

now it's easy to find other value

so let's go

x =2 taking

(4x^2 + 4/x^2)

= 4*(2)^2+4/(2)^2

= 4*4+4/4

= 16+1

= 17

therefore (4x^2+ 4/x^2 ) = 17
