Hello friend

Here's your answer

Work that A can do in one day is 1/16

Work that B can do in one day is 1/20

Work that C can do in one day is 1/30

Work that all the three together can do in one day is 1/16+1/20+1/30

LCM is 240

=(15+12+8)/240

=35/240

=7/48

In one day they can complete 7/48 part of work , working together.

So they will take 48/7 days to complete i.e 6 6/7 days

If the work is 3 1/2= 7/2 times the previous work then they will take 48/7*7/2 days

=24 days

wvaish: Hope it helps!

Hey there , ABHI449 there to help you..
Dont forget to follow me and ask questions in personal chat...
now lets solve the question..
A can do the work in 16 days..
so, A can do 1/16 part of the work in 1 day..
now B can do that work in 20dyas
so, B can do 1/20 part of that work in 1day
now C can do the work in 30days
so, c can do 1/30 part of the work in 1day

so, in 1day A,B and C (working together) can do
1/16 + 1/20 + 1/30 = (15+12+8)/240
= 35/240= 7/48
so, it would take 48/7 days to complete the work together
now, the new work is 3¹/2 times the previous work
so, it would take 48/7 x 7/2 = 24 days...(Ans)

I hope this helped you,
