Area of square is 64. sq m.  

Let area of rectangle be  A

2/3 of A would be 2A/3

According to the question,

Area of square - 2/3 of Rectangle = 4

64 - 2A/3 = 4

A = 90 sq m

Area of rectangle = length x breadth

Let lenght be L, therefore width would be 2/5 of L i.e 2L/5

now form the equation:

90 = L x 2L/5

L = 15 m

therefore length = 15

                breadth= 2L/5 = 2(15)/5 = 6 m
