here your answer mate,⤵⤵

\begin{lgathered}{ \implies ({3}^{9} \times {3}^{ - 5})}^{x} = 27 \\ \\ \implies { ({3}^{9} \times { \frac{1}{3} }^{5} )}^{x} = {3}^{3} \\ \\ \implies { ({3}^{9 - 5} )}^{x} = {3}^{3} \\ \\ \implies { ({3}^{4} )}^{x} = {3}^{3} \\ \\ \implies 4x = 3 \\ \\ \implies x = \frac{3}{4}\end{lgathered}

Since, the Base(3) is same both side

\implies so , we \: will\: equate\: the\: exponent.

hence

\implies x = 3/4

Solution

(3^{9}  \times 3 {}^{ - 5} ) {}^{x}  = 27 \\  \\</em></strong><strong><em>⟹</em></strong><strong><em>(3 {}^{9 + ( - 5)} ) {}^{x}  = 27 \\  \\</em></strong><strong><em>⟹</em></strong><strong><em>3 ^{(4 \times x)}  = 27 \\  \\ </em></strong><strong><em>⟹</em></strong><strong><em>{3}^{4x}  =  {3}^{3}  \\  \\</em></strong><strong><em>⟹</em></strong><strong><em> 4x = 3 \\  \\</em></strong><strong><em>⟹</em></strong><strong><em>x =  \frac{3}{4}

 \boxed{x =  \frac{4}{3} }
