From P to Q via the 6 ohm and 4 ohm resistance:

Resistance = 6 + 4 =10 ohm

From P to Q via the 7 ohm and 3 ohm resistors:

Resistance = 7 + 3 = 10 ohm

All the three are in parallel, so the net resistance is:

(1/10) + (1/10) + (1/1) = (1/R)

(2/10) + (10/10)  =  (1/R)

12/10 = 1/R

R = 10/12 = 5/6 = 0.833 ohms

The net resistance provided is 0.833 ohms
