taking
2^38 common in numerator and 2^39 in denominator
2^38(2²+2¹+1)/2^39(2²+2¹-1)
using a^m/a^n = a^m-n
2^38-39(4+2+1)/(4+2-1)
(2^-1)(7)/(5)
1/2×7/5
7/2/5=7/10
hope this helps
if u come around any problem message me.....

In easy words it is (2×2+2+1)×2 Thirty eight times / (2×2+2-1)×2 Thirty nine times. so then 4+2+1/(4+2-1)×2 and then. 7/5×2 is 7/10 Please Mark as Brainliest answer. Hope it helps you.

Nisha122: thank you!
