Let there be x cows

They give 4 lit of milk every day.

Given each cow gives 1/3 of total milk every day

x cows----->4 lit milk

1 cow---->4*1/3 lit milk

1 cow---->4/3 lit milk

Given in 6 days all cows give 25 liters of milk

6days--->x cows---->6*4=24lits of milk

one cow in 6 days gives 8 lits of milk

6days--->1cow---->(4/3)*6=>8 liters of milk

No. of cows x =(24/8)*1= 3

Hence there 3 cows.

This is ur answer. Hope it helps u
