Eventually the car comes to a stop,its final velocity would be zero
We know that,
F = Ma
》 - 500 = 100a
》 a = - 5 m/s²
We know that,
v² - u² = 2as
》 0² - 20² = 2(-5)s
》 s = 40/10
》 s = 40 m
The car covers 40m before stopping
