We know that de Broglie equation is wavelength=h/m.v
So wavelength of particle/wavelength of electron=me.ve/MP.vp

So mp=me×v/3v×1.8×10^-4
mp=9.1×10^-31/3×1.8×10^-4
On solving this you will get mp(mass of particle)=1.67×10^-27 which is the mass of neutron hence the particle is neutron
