Given,

  • ⟨QPS = 40°

  • ⟨QRT = 50°

➙ ⟨PQR = ⟨QPS + ⟨QRT

➙ ⟨PQR = 40° + 50°

➙ ⟨PQR = 90°

PQR is divided by m into two angles.

One of the angles is alternate to QPS & other to QRT.

since the lines are parallel alternate angles ( here, alternate interior angle) are equal.

So, we can say that PQR= QPS+QRT= 40°+50°=90°
