=25/2% half yearly
T = 3/2 years
n = 3 half yearly
Let principal is p

A = P (1 + R/100)^n
10935 = p(1 +  \frac{25}{2 \times 100} ) {}^{3}  \\  10935= p(1 +  \frac{1}{8} ) {}^{3}  \\10935  = p( \frac{9}{8} ) {}^{3}  \\ p =  \frac{10935 \times 8 \times 8 \times 8}{9 \times 9  \times 9}  \\ p = 7680
So
Principal is Rs 7680
