Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

This question can be solve with the help of precedence rule ,and the rule states that the sign *,/ have higher priority than the sign +,- and equal priority in the pair respectively but while solving problems we have to proceed from left to right in both the cases…

So ,

Step 1: 7–(9*9)–4+2/4 = 7–81–4+2/4.

Step 2: 7–81–4+(2/4) = 7–81–4+(0.5).

Step 3: (7–81)-4+(0.5) = (-74)–4+(0.5).

Step 4: ((-74)-4)+(0.5) = (-78)+(0.5).

Step 5: (-78)+(0.5) = (-77.5).

So the final answer is (-77.5).

While solving this problem I used braces every time to make problems easy but when it will be in question you have to solve the braces problems first then proceed further.

Precedence rule :

1.braces.

2.$ (power) .

3. * ,/ .

4.+,- .

=13

Some terms are as above in the rule applied from left to right .

Hope you will understand.

Good luck!
