Solution :-

Let the fill in the blank be 'k'.

\bf \:3x +  {23x}^{2}  +  {6y}^{2}  + 2x +  {y}^{2}  + k= 5x +  {7y}^{2}

\bf\implies \:\bf \:5x +  {23x}^{2}  +  {7y}^{2} + k = 5x +  {7y}^{2}

\bf\implies \:k = 5x +  {7y}^{2}  - 5x -  {7y}^{2}  -  {23x}^{2}

\bf\implies \:k =  { - 23x}^{2}
