the answer is A=58° BY USING PROPERTY

FIRST U HAVE TO DIVIDE BOTH NUMERATOR AND DENOMINATOR BY COS13°
AFTER THAT YOU GET 1+TAN13°/1-TAN13°

IT IS PROPERTY THAT 1+TANA/1-TANA=TAN(45°+A)

WHICH IS EQUAL TO TAN(45°+13°)
=tan(58°)
so A is 58°

Divide by cos 13 in numerator and denominator

( 1 + tan 13 ) / ( 1 - tan 13 )

we can write this as :-

( tan 45 + tan 13 ) / ( 1 - tan 45 tan 13 )

tan ( 45 + 13 )

tan 58 = tan A

hence A will be 58 degree .
