the question is from simple linear equation and you have to answer 2,3,4 questions only not 1​

Question 1 :-

$2x + 10 = 18 \\ 2x = 18 - 10 \\ 2x = 8 \\ x = \frac{8}{2} \\ x = 4$

Question 3 :-

$5a - 12 = 23 \\ 5a = 23 + 12 \\ 5a = 35 \\ a = \frac{35}{5} \\ a = 7$

Question 4 :-

$5x = - 75 \\ x = \frac{ - 75}{5} \\ x = 15$

Question 2 is not clear.
