The force acting on the proton and electrons can be find out by using left hand thumb rule.

In left hand thumb rule thumb represents force, index finger represents magnetic feild whereas middle finger represents current.

since, current in case of proton is in the direction of motion of proton henece the direction of force will be upward.

But in case of electron the direction of current is on the direction opposite to the motion of electron. hence direction of force will be downward
