Area of the rectangular board = 10 x 7 = 70 cm²
Area of 2 semicircles = 2 ( πr²/2) = πr² = 22/7 x 3.5 x 3.5 = 38.50 cm²
Area of remaining sheet = area of rectangle - area of 2 semicircles
= 70 - 38.50 = 31.50 cm²
