USING THEOREM THAT RATIO OF AREAS OF TRIANGLE ARE EQUAL TO THE SQUARE OF THE RATIO OF THEIR SIDES.

AR(ACE) / AR(BCE) = (AC/BC)²

= SINCE AC IS THE DIAGONAL SO,

AC = BC√2

AR(ACE)/AR(BCE) = (BC√2/BC)²
