mass of 1 mole of water = mass of 6.023 × 10²³ molecules of water = 18 g ( i.e. the molecular weight of water )

=> mass of 1 molecule of water = 18 / (6.023 × 10²³)

=> mass of 1 molecule =

2.98 \times  {10}^{ - 23}

We know , density = mass / volume

=> volume = mass / density

=> volume = 2.98 × 10^ -23 g / 1 g cm^ -3

=> volume = 3 × 10^ -23 cm³ ( as , 2.98 3.00 )
