Step-by-step explanation:

 {2}^{ {2x}^{2}  - 7x + 5  } = 1

It is of the form

y =  {b}^{x}

where

it can be written as

x =  log_{y}(b)

so,

 {2x}^{2}  - 7x + 5 =  log_{2}(1)

and we also know that log 1 is 0

so,

2 {x}^{2}  - 7x + 5 = 0

solving it,

 {2x}^{2}  - 2x - 7x + 5 = 0

2x(x - 1)  - 5x(x - 1) = 0

(x - 1)(2x - 5) = 0

x = 1 \: or \: x =  \frac{5}{2}

hence the values of x are 1 and 5/2
