1. Characteristics of flatworms , algae , round worms are in the following,
Flatworms - they are from platyhelminthes phylum . there bodies consist of three layers of cells that is triploblastic (have 3 embryonic tissue layers: ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm) having dorso - ventrally flattened body ,unsegmented, group of soft-bodied , invertebrates, incomplete digestive system and they lacks blood vessels so there is no respiratory system present in flatworms. they are found in the oceans, in fresh water, and in moist terrestrial habitats, and a few are parasitic. Flatworms have a gastrovascular cavity with one opening ( sac-like gut).
Algae - Eukaryotic organism they have been divided into several different groups based on pigmentation and cell structure are the Euglenophyta, Chrysophyta, Pyrrophyta, Chlorophyta, Rhodophyta, Paeophyta, and Xanthophyta.
They have no roots, stems, or leaves but contain a chlorophyll and other pigments for making there food (photosynthesis). They reproduce by vegetative reproduction ( fermentation), asexual and sexual method. they are useful because they Consume CO2 and increase the level of oxygen. porphyra , laminaria and sargassum are algae which is used as a food and used in biomass.
Round worms - round forms add member of nematoda.
They have organ level of organization ,non-segmented bodies, internal body cavity, called a pseudocoelom , feed on bacteria, fungi, protozoans, or decaying organic matter , Roundworms reproduce sexually , cylindrical in shape, absence of circulatory or respiratory systems so they use diffusion to breathe. Trichuris trichiura (whipworm); Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus (the two human hookworms); Enterobius vermicularis (pinworm); are the types of round worms and they are not good for us.
Information
~ Turbellaria, Tapeworms , Polycladida, Hymenolepis and Girardia tigrina are the examples of flatworms. they are not dangerous than the species of invertebrates which consists the rat lungworm parasite.
~ phylum and division occur below kingdom but the term "phylum " is used for plantae and fungi and the " division" is used for classification of animals therefore there is no phylum of algae because algae are photosynthetic creatures. They are neither plant, animal or fungi and may be a unicellular or multicellular.
~ Blue green algae means Cyanobacteria which is an exception type of alge which is member of Monera kingdom and do photosynthesis to make there own food but some of these are filamentous and don't need sunlight . They use phosphorus, iron and other micronutrients, and ammonia or nitrate as a nitrogen supply.
~ lichen is the unicellular algae (or cyanobacteria) are in direct contact with fungi. Both symbiotic partners. Algae and bacteria interactions each other together of symbiotic relationships. Rhizobium bacteria forms association with the root nodules of higher plants , plant provide shelter to the bacteria and bacteria helps in nitrogen fixation.
~ Round worms are not good for us because Roundworms can live in or on humans, and can cause many problems like , ascariasis can cause complications when there are large infestations. If you think you've been infected with roundworms,
~ cyanobacteriacyanobacteria is fed as blue green algae are not " algae "anymore so in plant kingdom , algae bryophytes pteridophytes gymnosperms and angiosperms are involved. usually plants are autotrophic means photosynthetic but there are some exception like Venus flytrap, (Dionaea muscipula) and pitcher plant ( Nepenthes) .
