I think it is a parallelogram
So A=C,B=D(opposite angles of parallelogram are equal)
3x-15=2x+14
3x-2x=14+15
x=29
C=3x-5=3 (29)-5= 82
C=A=82
D=3x-15=3 (29)-15=72
D=B=72
So A=C,B=D(opposite angles of parallelogram are equal)

I have put them as equal because it is the property of parallelogram that opp. angles ate equal
