Required Answer:-

Given:

  • The three sides of a triangle are 3x² + 2x - 1, 4x² + x + 4 and 5x² + 3x - 2.

To Find:

  • The perimeter of the triangle.

Solution:

Perimeter of a triangle is equal to the sum of all the sides.

So, Perimeter of the triangle is,

= (3x² + 2x - 1) + (4x² + x + 4) + (5x² + 3x - 2)

= (3x² + 4x² + 5x²) + (2x + x + 3x) + (-1 + 4 - 2)

= 12x² + 6x + 1

Hence, the perimeter of the triangle is 12x² + 6x + 1

Answer:

  • The perimeter of the triangle is 12x² + 6x + 1.

More Formulae To Know:

  • Area of a triangle = ½ × Base × Height.
  • Perimeter of a square = 4 × Side.
  • Area of a square = side × side.
  • Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 × (Length + Breadth)
  • Area of a rectangle = length × breadth.
