=] 7 +4√ 3 ----------(2)
on adding equation 1 and 2 we get :-


x + 1 / x = 14


=> ( √ x + 1 / √ x )² = x + 1 / x + 2


=> (√ x + 1 / √ x )² = 14 + 2


=> √ x + 1 / √ x = √ 16


=> ± 4
