2x - 3y = 5 \\ xy = 5 \\ 8 {x}^{3} - 27 {y}^{3} = ( {2x)}^{3} - ( {3y)}^{3} \\ = (2x - 3y)(4 {x}^{2} + 6xy + 9 {y}^{2} ) \\ = 5(4 {x}^{2} - 12xy + 12xy + 6xy + 9 {y}^{2} ) \\ = 5(( {2x - 3y)}^{2} + 18xy) \\ = 5(( {5)}^{2} + 18 \times 5) \\ = 5(25 + 90) \\ = 5(115) \\ = 575
