Hey ❤️ here is your answer ⤵️

Solution :

  • \sf \bigg( x + \frac{1}{x} \bigg) = 5 \\

\longrightarrow Now, In Given Equation Take Square From Both Sides

Hence,

  • \sf \bigg( x + \frac{1}{x} \bigg)^{2} = 5^{2} \\

  • \sf \bigg( (x)² + 2(\cancel{x}) \bigg(\frac{1}{\cancel{x}} \bigg) + \bigg(\frac{1}{x} \bigg) ^{2} \bigg) = 25 \\

  • \sf \bigg( x² + 2 + \bigg(\frac{1}{x²} \bigg) \bigg) = 25 \\

  • \sf x² + \frac{1}{x²} = 25 - 2 \\

  • \sf \underline{\boxed{x² + \frac{1}{x²} = 23} }\\

I hope it helps you ❤️✔️
