angle 1= angle 3(vertically opposite angles)
angle 1+angle 1=78
2(angle 1) = 78
angle 1= 78/2
angle 1=39=angle 3

angle 3 + angle 2= 180(linear pair)
39+angle2 =180
angle 2 = 180-39
angle 2 = 141
